1. Are you factory or trade company ?
We are factory in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, close to the port, so we have an advantage in price and delivery time.
2. Can you make custom item?
Yes, OEM & ODM are all accepted.
3. How can i get the sample? How long can i get the custom sample?
a) The stock samples are free for refer to the material and printing quality.
b) For customized samples, will charge the sample cost according to the request, but will refund when order place.
c) It will take about 5-7 working days once the artwork confirm and sample cost get.
4.If i want to get the quotation,what information should i provide?
Please inform the specification of the products you requested, such as size, material, printing, qty or any pictures.
5. What is the minimum order quantity of the product?
Normally, the MOQ is 500pcs. But the more quantity, the lower price.
6. If i place the order, how long will it be shipped?
It takes about 7-10 working days after artwork/sample confirm and deposit, but the firmed delivery time is based on the order quantity.
